Standard Return & Refund Policy
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- You can only return items from one order at a time, a separate authorization number will be issue for multiple order refunds/returns.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Crystal Blue, INC. can be accepted. Products purchased through other retailers and wholesalers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged along with packing documentation, clearly mark our authorization number on the package carton when returning.
- ALL RETURNS/REFUND must be authorized, we do not accept goods without it.
- Please note that defective due to freight handling error may take longer for claim process.
